Processing & Production Times
All products are made to order (print‑on‑demand). Average production time: 2–5 business days after your order is placed but can vary depending on type of product purchased. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our fulfillment partner’s facility.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
USA: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days
These are estimates. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery method. Any free shipping promotions offered by DSGN8 LLC will be clearly displayed and applied at checkout.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply when your order reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as customs rules vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
DSGN8 LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping details entered at checkout. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn’t receive it, first check with neighbors or your local postal office. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at contact@dsgn8.com for further assistance. If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to help resolve the issue.
Multiple Shipments
Because items are printed and shipped from different fulfillment centers, you may receive your order in separate packages. Don’t worry—any remaining items will be on their way shortly.
