Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. Because our products are made to order (print‑on‑demand), returns and refunds work a little differently than traditional retail. Please read the following carefully:
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at contact@dsgn8.com with photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Returns for Custom / Made‑to‑Order Products
Since each item is custom printed just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double‑check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.
Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom printed or personalized products (all print‑on‑demand items fall into this category)
- Digital downloads or gift cards
- Sale items or promotional products
- Personal care goods, hazardous materials, or flammable items
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To qualify, the product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Exceptions apply for custom‑printed items unless they arrive defective or faulty.
How to Request a Return
To start a return or replacement request (for eligible cases like damage or defects):
1. Email us at contact@dsgn8.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider; please allow up to 10 business days after confirmation. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at contact@dsgn8.com.
Exchanges
Because all items are custom made, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please place a new order once your return (if applicable) has been processed.
