What is print on demand?

This means that each product is carefully created only after an order is received, ensuring zero overproduction and eliminating leftover stock. This on-demand approach not only helps reduce waste but also significantly lowers our environmental impact. We use sustainable printing methods such as direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which employs water-based, eco-friendly inks and avoids harmful chemicals. This method minimizes resource use and waste, supporting responsible and environmentally conscious retail practices. By choosing our products, customers support a greener future through smart, sustainable production.

Why did my order ship in multiple packages or with different carriers?

Your order might arrive in multiple packages because different items are printed, packed, or shipped from different locations, or they need special packaging due to size or fragility. Using more than one shipping company also lets us choose the best option for each package based on speed, cost, and handling needs, which helps your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

What happens if my items don't fit?

Hey, it happens to the best of us! If your new threads don’t quite fit, don’t stress—just hand them off to a friend who owes you one, or become a fashion philanthropist and sell them on Facebook Marketplace. Your clothes get a second chance to shine, and you get major karma points. Win-win!

Since our items are printed just for you on demand, we don’t do returns. So please double-check sizing before you order — we’re here to help if you need sizing advice!

Do you print on more than just apparel?

Absolutely! We’re not just a one-trick pony. We can print on just about anything you can imagine—from wearable goodies like hats and hoodies to home decor that jazzes up your space. Need business items, banners, or signage? We’ve got you covered there too! Basically, if it’s got a surface, we can splash some custom magic on it.

Where do you ship to?

DSGN8 currently ships to customers worldwide. In general, orders are processed and shipped within about 4–5 days, and many items leave the facility within a week. Some products, such as certain sweaters, can take up to around a month to be produced and shipped, and any longer time frames or product‑specific estimates are noted on the relevant product pages or during checkout when possible.

What happens if there is a misprint?

If your order arrives with a misprint—such as incomplete coverage, ink build-up or smear lines, or cracked, peeling, or lifting transfers—email us immediately at contact@dsgn8.com with your order number and high-quality photos within 5 days of delivery.

Photos are essential and must meet these requirements for us to review or approve a reprint/refund:
• Full view of the entire item.
• Clear close-ups of the issue.
• Well-lit shots from multiple angles.
• Packaging details (if applicable).

We’ll address verified quality issues by providing either a free reprint (with shipping included) or a full refund, with no need to return the item.

How do I get a reprint or refund?

To request a reprint or refund, your order must have a clear print error (for example: misprints, incomplete coverage, ink smears, or cracked/peeling/lifting transfers). We do not offer reprints or refunds for sizing issues, fit, or if the wrong item was ordered.

If you believe there is a print error, email us at contact@dsgn8.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Your photos should include:

  • A full view of the entire item
  • Close‑up shots of the problem area
  • Well‑lit images from multiple angles
  • Packaging details, if applicable

Once we verify a print-related quality issue, we’ll either send a free reprint (including shipping) or issue a full refund, and you won’t need to return the item.
